Still have questions?

Check out our FAQ to learn more about how we determine if you're the right fit.

  • I've applied, now what?

Great! You have applied and should have received an email from our talent team. Our skilled talent team will begin going through applications received on a regular basis. As soon as we have gone through applications, we will send next steps to those that we see a good fit. Although we wish we could get back to every candidate, we only get back to applicants that we move to next steps with.

  • I’ve had my screening call, how long until I hear back about next steps?

After every screening call, we like to share notes and highlights from our conversation with the hiring team. Once we have gotten the chance to debrief, we generally get back to candidates within 24-48 hours of the screening call or interview. If we need more time, we will be sure to let you know!

  • Where can I find the compensation structure for each position?

Unfortunately, we do not share this information on our website, but we are more than happy to discuss it during our screening call and throughout the interview process. We aim to bring this up during the initial screening call to make sure we are transparent from the start.

  • How long does the interview process usually take?

Our recruitment process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, but this can also depend on the role. For example, some of our more technical roles have technical tests and interviews which can extend the process timeline.

  • Is LocalEngine fully remote?

Yes! Not having a full-time office has provided our team with many perks – we can consider applicants from all over the world, and all of our employees have the flexibility to work from wherever they work best.

  • What time zone does LocalEngine work in?

We work across many time zones and like to offer flexibility to our employees based on where they are. Depending on the position, we can offer more flexibility with this, but generally our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST.
